High School to College Credit Hub
One place to manage CTE dual credit, articulated credit, and tech prep agreements without spreadsheets, guesswork, or one-off emails.
Overview
Today, high school-to-college credit lives in local spreadsheets, paper agreements, and people’s inboxes.
The High School to College Credit Hub gives colleges a single system to manage every way high school courses turn into college credit—whether your state calls it CTE Dual Credit, High School Articulation, Tech Prep, 2+2, or College Credit in High School.
Agreements, course mappings, approvals, and renewals all run in one workflow with clear rules and audit trails. Students see what counts, A&R posts credit cleanly.
Built for CTE deans, high school partnership leads, registrars, and articulation coordinators managing cross-district agreements at scale.

Key Features of the High School to College Credit Hub
One Credit Hub
All high school/CTE agreements live in one searchable system with notes, files, contacts, and version history—no more scattered PDFs.
Streamlined Approvals
Route new or updated agreements for department review, e-signature, and A&R/registrar sign-off—no email chains or missing signers.
School-to-College Mapping
Quickly map high school courses and pathways to college equivalents, even across multiple districts, colleges, or regions.
Automatic Eligibilty
Campus Credit checks course completions, grades, and local rules so staff simply confirm and post credit instead of hand-auditing rosters.
Live Credit Reporting
See which students are earning high school-to-college credit, where it posts, and where gaps still exist by school, pathway, or demographic.
Renewals on Autopilot
Set end dates once and let the system send reminders before agreements expire or state/local rules need updating.
Benefits for Students & Families

Campus Credit makes it easy for students to use the college credit they’ve already earned in high school. In one place, they can see which CTE and articulated classes count for college, claim or request credit online, and avoid repeating coursework. That means less time and money wasted, and a faster path to a certificate, degree, or apprenticeship.

Works With Your Existing SIS

Campus Credit doesn’t replace your SIS or scheduling tools. It gives you one clean source of truth for high school to college credit—agreements, approvals, and posted credit—then lets you move that data into Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, or any SIS your college already uses.
-
SIS-ready exports: Download pre-filtered files by term, course, or high school for fast upload into your SIS.
-
One system of record for workflows: Campus Credit manages approvals, status changes, and instructor updates so your SIS only gets final, accurate data.
-
Room to grow: Colleges can start with simple exports and work with their IT team to build deeper integrations over time using existing ETL tools or APIs.
How High School to College Credit Works
Build and Renew Agreements
Set up high school and CTE courses, link them to the right college courses and units, and capture local rules (grade thresholds, end dates, exam or portfolio requirements). Campus Credit tracks versions, contacts, and renewals so nothing lives in someone’s inbox.
Capture Eligible Students
High school teachers or coordinators load class rosters or import them from your SIS. At the end of the term, they certify which students met the agreement requirements. Campus Credit checks your rules and flags who is eligible for college credit.
Aproval & Posting
Eligible students flow into a single A&R/registrar queue for review. Staff confirm eligibility, approve credit in bulk, and export or post it to the SIS in a consistent format. Campus Credit keeps a full audit trail of who approved what, when, and under which agreement.
