AP Credit Hub

One system to manage AP credit from request to posting, with clear rules, approvals, and a defensible audit trail.

Overview

Today, AP credit decisions live in PDFs, spreadsheets, and inboxes, with no single source of truth.

The AP Credit Hub gives colleges one clean workflow to evaluate AP scores and award credit consistently. Students submit requests in one portal, staff review in a single queue, and approved credit posts with clear rules and a full audit trail. A&R stays in control, counselors get clarity, and students avoid repeating classes they’ve already earned.

Built for A&R, registrars, and counseling teams managing AP credit at scale.

  • View dates, instructor, credits, and notes before enrolling or requesting credit

Two Ways to Run AP Credit

Campus Credit supports two ways to run AP credit on the same rules engine. Colleges can process AP through teacher-submitted class rosters or let students submit individual AP requests in the portal, or use both, side by side.

AP Class Workflow

  • Set up each AP class and link it to the matching college course and units.

  • AP teachers or counselors upload class rosters with scores/eligibility in bulk.

  • Campus Credit checks your rules, flags eligible students, and routes them to A&R for bulk approval and SIS export/posting with an audit trail.

Self-Service AP Credit Requests

  • Student logs into the portal, selects an AP exam, and submits a request (with score report if required).

  • Campus Credit applies your AP rules and routes the request to the right evaluator or A&R queue.

  • Approved credit is posted/exported to the student record and the student is notified of the decision.

Works With Your Existing SIS

Campus Credit Integration _edited.png
Campus Credit doesn’t replace your SIS or scheduling tools. It gives you one clean source of truth for dual enrollment applications, approvals, rosters, and grades—then lets you move that data into Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, or any SIS your college already uses.

  • SIS-ready exports: Download pre-filtered files by term, course, or high school for fast upload into your SIS.

  • One system of record for workflows: Campus Credit manages approvals, status changes, and instructor updates so your SIS only gets final, accurate data.

  • Room to grow: Colleges can start with simple exports and work with their IT team to build deeper integrations over time using existing ETL tools or APIs.

One unified platform powering all your credit workflows, so everyone works from the same system and the same student record.
