How Campus Credit Handles Dual Enrollment
1. Create dual enrollment sections
Colleges set up dual enrollment sections with seat caps, eligibility rules, terms, and partner high schools so every class is clearly defined before it ever appears in the public portal which can be indexed by google for increased visability.
4. Students apply with guided forms
Students browse the portal, pick the right class, and complete a guided dual enrollment application with clear questions, required fields, and basic eligibility checks built in from the start.
2. Choose access: school-specific or open
Colleges choose whether each section is a school-specific class limited to one or more partner high schools or an open class that any eligible high school student can apply for.
5. Route for e-signatures and approvals
The system routes each submitted application for parent e-signatures, high school approval, and college approval in order, with timestamps, status tracking, and email reminders replacing paper packets and long email chains.
3. Publish classes to the portal
Approved sections publish to a clean online portal where students, parents, and counselors can browse options by school, term, subject, and pathway instead of digging through PDFs or scattered flyers.
6. Register students and post college credit
After approval, students are pushed into the Student Information System for registration, rosters sync to the Learning Management System, or a report can be downloaded and uploaded into your SIS.

Works With Your Existing SIS

Campus Credit doesn’t replace your SIS or scheduling tools. It gives you one clean source of truth for dual enrollment applications, approvals, rosters, and grades—then lets you move that data into Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, or any SIS your college already uses.
-
SIS-ready exports: Download pre-filtered files by term, course, or high school for fast upload into your SIS.
-
One system of record for workflows: Campus Credit manages approvals, status changes, and instructor updates so your SIS only gets final, accurate data.
-
Room to grow: Colleges can start with simple exports and work with their IT team to build deeper integrations over time using existing ETL tools or APIs.
